Faq

Is there any entertainment at the campsite?

There is no entertainment on the campsite, but in the heart of the village, less than 10 minutes' walk from the Glamping site, there is entertainment for all ages, during the day and/or evening, depending on the programme.

Are barbecues allowed?

A communal barbecue is available. We accept barbecues (electric and gas only), which remain your responsibility. It is forbidden to use a barbecue on the terrace of the lodges. Barbecues are not permitted in windy conditions.

Are cots available?

Cots and high chairs are available as an optional extra (€1 per night).

What is the maximum capacity of the accommodation?

The maximum capacity is that indicated in the details for each accommodation, excluding babies. For reasons of safety and comfort, it is not possible to exceed this capacity.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are only allowed on pitches for a supplement of €2 per night. They are strictly forbidden in the accommodation, as are 1st and 2nd category dogs. Vaccination certificates must be up to date.

How far is Glamping from shops?

The bakery, pharmacy, supermarket and restaurants are all 800 m from the Glamping site.
You can get there on foot if you wish, via car-free lanes.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrivals for accommodation are between 4pm and 7pm and departures between 8am and 10am.
Pitches are available from 12pm to 7pm and departures between 8am and 11am.
For late arrivals, please contact us before 7pm on 02 43 10 49 60.

Are the beds made up on arrival?

If you take the bed linen option, your beds will be made up on arrival.

Can minors stay on their own?

Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the campsite open at night?

The campsite gate is closed at night. For late arrivals, please contact us before 7.00 pm on 02 43 10 49 60.

When is the swimming pool open?

The swimming pool is open in July and August and is supervised by a lifeguard.
Pool opening times: Tuesday to Sunday (closed on Mondays), 10.30am to 12pm and 2.30pm to 7pm.

Are the lodges and pitches accessible to PRM?

A 3-person lodge is accessible to PRMs, as is a mobile pitch.

Is there a restaurant on the campsite?

We offer home-made pizzas cooked on site, as well as local produce. There are restaurants in the heart of the village, less than 10 minutes' walk from the campsite.

Is there television?

There is no television, but Wi-Fi is available as an option throughout the campsite.

Can I connect to the Wifi?

Wifi is available as an option throughout the campsite.

Is it possible to party on the campsite?

It is forbidden to organise any event that is noisy and/or may be incompatible with the peace and quiet of the premises. Absolute silence is required between 11pm and 8am.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, cash, ANCV holiday vouchers, connect holiday vouchers, campsite gift vouchers, Ideal. Our online booking system allows totally secure payment.

Can visitors come and see us at Glamping?

All visitors are welcome for the day only. They must report to reception on arrival and have no access to the campsite facilities.

What is the amperage of the pitches?

The electricity supplied to the pitches is 10 amps. 

Is the water drinkable throughout the campsite?

Drinking water is available throughout the Glamping site: in the toilets, in the washing-up area and in the accommodation.

What size bedding is provided in the accommodation?

In lodges: 1 double bed 160 x 200 then single beds (number depending on size of accommodation): 80 x 200

In the tipi: 1 double bed 140 x 190 and 2 single beds 80 x 190

In the Louisiane tent: 4 inflatable mattresses 75 x 190

In the Bivouac tents: 2 single beds 70 x 190

Is it possible to charge an electric car on the campsite?

The amperage of the pitches is 10 A. Recharging an electric vehicle on the pitch is only possible if the amperage permits and for a charge of €9 per night.

Charging electric vehicles is strictly prohibited in accommodation.

Is there a bread depot at Glamping?

Yes, bread and pastries are available at the Glamping. Every day in high season and at weekends in low season, but only if you order before 6pm the day before.

Is there heating in the accommodation?

No, there is no heating in our accommodation, which is all canvas.

How is waste managed at Glamping?

We provide Glampeurs with waste separation bins and two compost bins. We are particularly sensitive to our environmental impact and invite everyone to contribute to our waste sorting initiative. It is forbidden to leave rubbish bins on arrival. During your stay, general-purpose bins are accepted if waste sorting has been carried out.
