The 3-hour session begins with a briefing on the ground. This is essential if you are to enjoy the experience in complete safety. Once you're equipped, you can start climbing the rocks. Support yourself on stable rocks, progress at your own pace, and pause for a few seconds to admire the magnificent panorama before you.

Heading for Gué de Selle leisure centreJust 30 minutes by car from Thorigné-en-Charnie. You'll discover a calm and relaxing place, perfect for a break between two activities. Take a seat at La Guinguette and savour their delicious dishes. Our little tip: accompany your aperitif with a drink and share a gourmet board. During this gourmet break, you'll enjoy a warm atmosphere and a bucolic setting. Concerts are sometimes organised to enhance your visit.
Swimming is permitted at the base, so take a few minutes to cool off in a safe place.

Once you've regained your strength, try your hand at pedal-boating.

The château is free to visit. Within the walls of this building, you can discover the Centre d'Interprétation d'Architecture et du Patrimoine (Architecture and Heritage Interpretation Centre). This centre takes you on an interactive tour of the rich heritage of the Mayenne region.
The history of Sainte Suzanne will hold no secrets for you.

The paper workshop
After touring the Château and its exhibitions, we'll take you off the beaten track. Head to the Paper Mill for an extraordinary experience. You can get there on foot along the footpaths.
